The philosophy behind the revolutionary web application E-plano is very simple: it is the electronic planning board of a hotel, apartment complex, resort or any other type of lodging. Instead of a paper-and-pencil calendar with smudges, corrected corrections and illegable notes, you will have all reservations neatly in one -safe!- place. Obviously you can print the updated planning every now and then, but the idea is to share the information online with other users rather than to waste paper.

The first screen shot below is the calendar view or the E-plano, with an overview of all reservations in different colors. In the left margin all hotel rooms (or other units of accommodation) are visible while the width of the sheet depends on the dates you have specified. You can specify a short or long period (default value of 60 days) and jump to the next month or the previous month. The other screen shots show how you can modify the data of one reservation, room or customer. Finally, the recycle bin gathers all deleted items, in case you wish to restore something (we all make mistakes).
